    Mullica Hill Real Estate

Rich in cultural historical heritage, Mullica Hill was named after the sons of Eric Pallson Mullica, when they began purchasing land in 1704.  Most of Mullica Hill’s historic buildings were built following the civil war.  In 1991 most of Mullica hill was placed on the National Register of historic places as the Mullica hill Historic district.  Mullica Hills educational services are superb.  Having three elementary schools serving grades k- 6 and Clearview Regional Middle and High school serving grades 7-12.  Mullica Hill also boasts of a private school Friends school of Mullica Hill.  It is a nonsectarian, coeducational day school serving students from pre-K – 8 grade.  Notable people from Mullica hill are Samuel Gibbs French an author and Confederate General of the Civil War (1818 – 1910), John Hazelton, represented NJ 1st Congressional district in 1871-1875 and Nathan Statton, who represented NJ 1st Congressional districts House of Representatives from 1851-1855.  Mullica Hill now has a Mennonite Farmers market open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday serving fresh meats and items and has Naples Pizza which is one of my favorites.
